Estate agent Jesse Behan is aiming to offer a US-style, bespoke service for homebuyers and sellers.
Behan trained in real estate in California and Florida before founding Gilded Goose estate agents in Wirral.
His new service model is available in Liverpool, Cheshire, Chester and Wirral. The agency aims to specialise in detached and luxury properties, though it also deals with other property types.
According to its founder, the emphasis at Guided Goose is on service and advice. Jesse Behan recommends ways to sellers to make their home more sellable, with viewings available at weekends, not just during the week. If clients find it difficult to access the Gilden Goose office, the firm says meetings can be held at their home or a local coffee shop.
Working with local mortgage advisers and solicitors to offer an integrated home-buying service, the estate agency plans to launch open house events where several prospective buyers can view a home on a specific day.
The Gilded Goose service does not end after a home sale has been completed. The home buyers can be met at the door of their new home and handed the keys with a welcome message.
